For persons in need of homemaking services, we work with the Victorian Order of Nurses, Brant-Norfolk-Haldimand Branch to support financial costs. Eligibility is decided based on a need and asset test, and Council and the Ministry of  Health and Long-Term Care, under the authority of the Homemaker and Nurses Services Act. Homemaking services may include laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation and some childcare.
